7. 报价文件递交及报价开启 / 7. Submission and Opening of Bidding Documents
7.1 报价文件递交的截止时间（投标截止时间，下同）为 2026-07-28 15:00:00，响应人应在截止时间前通过浪潮电子采购平台（）递交电子报价文件。
Bid submission deadline: 15:00, July 28, 2026. Responders shall submit electronic bidding documents via Inspur Electronic Procurement Platform before the deadline.
7.2 逾期送达的报价文件，电子采购平台将予以拒收。
Late-submitted bidding documents will be rejected by the electronic platform.
7.3 项目报价开启时间为 2026-07-28 15:00:00，响应人应准时参加报价活动并在线签到，未签到的视为承认报价开启记录，事后对此提出任何异议无效。
